Shipping and Transit Time
After entering shipping information on our checkout page, customers will be presented with available shipping carrier options and service classes. All carriers use a zone based system to determine the cost of shipping, which is determined by the distance between our origin zip code (Ohio 44070) and each customer’s destination zip code.
Below are additional details regarding each carrier option, which includes FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service, including USPS international shipments to Canada. Estimated transit time is also displayed on each carrier’s zone map, though these estimates do not take into consideration service disruptions.
Shipping Carrier News
Beginning April 26, 2026 the United States Postal Service is imposing an 8% fuel surcharge impacting parcels. This temporary fuel surcharge will be in effect from April 26, 2026 until January 17, 2027. For additional information, please review the USPS fuel surcharge notice.
On April 1, 2025 the USPS initiated refinements to their service standards and delivery times. While some may see faster deliveries of their parcels, others will take longer. The second phase of the USPS refinement schedule occurred on July 1, 2025. Please reference the USPS service performance page for current regional delivery data.
Same Day Shipping
Orders shipping FedEx, UPS and USPS received before 2PM EST., Monday through Friday, are processed that same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on a recognized holiday, will ship the next business day.
Please note some carriers do not process orders at their local distribution centers on weekends or holidays. Therefore, orders shipping UPS Ground on Friday, or the day before a holiday, may not be processed at the local UPS distribution center until the next scheduled workday. Though USPS is not the most reliable carrier, and is more likely to deliver orders late, they do process orders at their distribution centers on weekends and holidays. Please consider potential weekend distribution center processing delays when placing an order on Friday or the day before a holiday.
While every effort will be made to ship orders received before the cutoff time, carriers have limited our pickup days and times as a result of staffing related service disruptions. Therefore, please anticipate a handling time of one business day.
Order Processing on Holidays and Weekends
We may process orders on holidays and/or weekends. However, orders processed on holidays and weekends are not likely to ship until the next business day.
Carrier Delays
Shipping carriers, like many other businesses, are coping with staffing problems. Coupled with weather related events and holiday surges, delivery delays are more common. Though we monitor all shipments for timely delivery, and intervene when necessary, carrier delays are the responsibility of the carrier. We encourage customers to contact their chosen carrier directly with any concerns they may have regarding the service they are receiving, including delayed deliveries.
